What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by The Jolly Boys Brewery Ltd to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to VARY A PREMISES LICENCE in respect of The Jolly Tap on the Arcade, 31 The Arcade, Barnsley, S70 2QP on the following terms: Amendment to premises plan to include external seating area as part of on-sales premises
Removal of condition: “Customers will not be permitted to take open containers of drinks from the premises”
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by midnight of 17 July 2024

Notes: 1. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary of conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
