Name of Applicant: Cardiff Council Harbour Authority

Name and Postal address of Premises: Victorian Barracks Flat Holm Island Bristol Channel

Proposed variation:

1. To allow the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises as follows: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 23:00 Christmas Eve and New Years Eve: 09:00 to 01:00

2. To allow opening hours until 01:00 on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 9th July 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine
