Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Gloworm Events Ltd in respect of premises known as Gloworm Festival (Lower Events Field) located at Adbolton Lane Cricket Pitch, Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham, NG2 5AS to Rushcliffe Council on 14 June 2024 for a premises licence.
The proposed application is to permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 08:00 to 22:30 hours on Fridays to Sundays on no more than 3 days in any calendar year.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Rushcliffe Borough Council, Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7YG where the licensing register can be inspected during the authority’s normal opening hours or at www.rushcliffe.gov.uk.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to licensing@rushchiffe.gov.uk no later than 12 July 2024, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
