LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I NATALIE BURRIDGE of THE RIDGE BAR & DINER LIMITED have applied to Wirral Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: THE SANDRIDGE HOTEL of 1 ROWSON STREET, WALLASEY, CH45 5AR for the following:-
SALE OF ALCOHOL TO 02:00am LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT TO 03:00am
A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations.
Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED or via email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 4.7.24.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
