What is proposed?

Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence

Notice is given that: St Neots Rugby union Football Club Ltd have on the: 7th June 2024 applied to Huntingdonshire District Council for a Premise Licence for: St Neots Rugby Union Football Club, The Clubhouse, New Street St Neots PE19 1RU.

For the following regulated activities:

Retail Sale of Alcohol for Consumption ON and OFF the Premises - both Sunday to Thursday 1100hrs to 2300hrs, Friday and Saturday 1100hrs to 0200hrs.

Provision of indoor Live Music 2300hrs to 0200hrs Friday and Saturday.

Provision of indoor Recorded Music 2300hrs to 0200hrs Friday and Saturday.

Provision of indoor Performance of Dance 2300hrs to 0200hrs Friday and Saturday.

Provision of indoor Plays 2300hrs to 0200hrs Friday and Saturday.

Provision of Indoor Sporting Events 2300hrs to 0200hrs Friday and Saturday.

Late Night indoor Refreshment 2300hrs to 0200hrs Friday and Saturday anything of a similar description to that falling within (e), (f) & (g) with a variation in respect of when New Years Eve falls on a day other than a Friday or Saturday.

Also the Supply of Alcohol on occasions when there are rugby games played in different time zones to that of the UK resulting in them being played early in the morning. Licence extension is requested to that the club can sell alcohol an hour before the kick off of such games and to stop selling an hour after the final whistle.
