What is proposed?

Notice of application for variation of A Premises Licence - Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Helen Rawtsron has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Ye Olde Boot & Shoe, 58-62 Millar Barn Lane, Waterfoot, BB4 7AU.

The variation proposed is as follows: Notice is hereby given that we Helen Rawstron/Ye Olde Boot & Shoe, have made an application on 12th June 2024 to Rossendale Borough Council for the transfer of Premises Licence at Ye Olde Boot & Shoe, 58-62 Millar Barn Lane, Waterfoot, BB4 7AU to 2024 Hospitality Ltd.

The application is to Licence for: Playing of Recorded Music (all indoors) Sun-Thurs 11:00 - 23:00, Fri-Sat 11:00 - 0:00, Alcohol (on & off sales) Mon - Sun 11:00 - 01:00.

Late Night Refreshment (indoors) Mon - Mon 11:00 - 01:00. Opening hours are Mon - Sun 11:00 - 01:30.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 11th July 2024 to the Licensing Section, Public Protection Unit, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Bacup, OL13 0BB or by E-mail to licensing@rossendalebc.gov.uk.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.rossendale.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
