LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

An application has been made by: Mr Metin Arslanboga to vary the premises licence for the premises: Hazine, 288-290 Broadway, Bexleyheath, DA6 8AJ on 12 June 2024 summary of the proposed variation: Amend plan attached to the premises licence so as to include the "al fresco" area. Remove condition 12, annex 2 relating to late night refreshment and amend condition 1 of annex 2 so as to read: Alcohol shall only be sold to, and consumed by person taking the food, or those waiting to be seated prior to having a table meal. Add off sales of alcohol and to add regulated entertainment. Provide late night refreshment for consumption on and off the premises. Extend the hours on Thursday to Sunday with a closing time of 01:00 hours.
