What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Andrew Bostock Limited has applied for a premises licence to Hull City Council in relation to Premier North Point Convenience, Unit 1A North Point Shopping Centre, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU7 4EE to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 06:00hrs – 23:00hrs

The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Kingston upon Hull City Council, Licensing Section, 33 Witham Kingston upon Hull HU9 1DB or Email: Liquor@hullcc.gov.uk Such written representation must be received by 10/07/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
