Waterside, Application For Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Narston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Malvern Hills District Council (www.malvernhills.gov.uk) to vary the Premises Licence for the Swan Hotel at Waterside, Upton-upon-Severn, Worcester Worcestershire, WR8 0JD.
The application includes the following terms: 1. To license the Barn area for all existing licensable activities and external areas for the sale of alcohol as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. The record of the application is available for inspection by contacting 01905 822799. Representations by interested parties or responsible authorities should be made in writing to the Licensing, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF or via email to wrsenquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk by 5th July 2024.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
