Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given that SIR 888 Ltd have applied to Birmingham City Council for a new premises licence for Satori, 2C Wake Green Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 9EZ to permit a) The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10.00 to 00.00 (midnight) daily all week, b) The performance of live music, recorded music and dance and the provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 00.00 (midnight) daily all week The address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or on the Councils website: www.birmingham. gov.uk/licensing Email: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk
Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 9th July 2024 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
