What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Bristol Limited in respect of Premises known as Burger King, Unit 6, Eastgate Retail Park, Eastville, Bristol, BS5 6XX applied to Bristol City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
To extend the provision of Late-Night Refreshment to 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays; To extend the premises opening hours to 24 hours Mondays to Sundays.
