Application for New Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Matthew Clark Bibendum Limited has applied in respect of Matthew Clark, Pavilion 2, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol, BS99 6ZZ for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Supply of alcohol for off sales only 24 hours a day. Opening hours: 08:00 to 20:00.
These opening hours are more limited that the sale of alcohol hours because this is an alcohol depot, so sales of alcohol may be received (online/telephone etc) and or picked for delivery at times outside of the hours that these premises are ‘open’. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 10 July 2024, to Licensing Team(100TS) PO BOX 3399 Bristol BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk
The record of the application may also be inspected at Bristol City Council, LicensingAuthority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
