Name of Applicant: GH Butcher Manchester Ltd
Address of Premises: 68 Tib Street, M4 1LG.
Proposed licensable activities to be carried on at the premises: GH Butcher Manchester Ltd. have applied to open a Restaurant and bar at the unit at 68 Tib Street Manchester M1 1LG. 
The restaurant will offer a meat led menu with a selection of wine, fine wines and beers.
Alcoholic Drinks will be available to buy from 12.00 until 22.30 Monday- Wednesday, 12.00 until 24.00 Thursday and Friday, 10.00 until 24.00 Saturday and 10.00 until 22.30 Sunday.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. 

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
