Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Ottolenghi Limited has applied to Islington Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Ottolenghi Webstore, Unit 1, First Floor, 422 Holloway Road, London, N7 6QA. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The sale of alcohol off the premises only Monday to Sunday 0700- 2200 from Ottolenghi’s storage unit at the above address in respect of purchases made from their online webstore. There is no access to the public at any time.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Support Team, Public Protection, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or licensing@islington.gov.uk no later than 8th July 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Islington Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.islington.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
