NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Islington Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Units 1-3 Stapleton House, 271-275 Holloway Road, London, N7 8FB.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Support Team, Public Protection, 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR or licensing@islington.gov.uk any time up to and including 9th July 2024.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
