NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that BMFORD MINI STORE LTD has applied for a premises licence to Rochdale Borough Council in relation to Bamford Mini Store, 565 Bury Road, Rochdale, OL11 4DQ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption Off the premises Monday to Thursday 10:00hrs – 23:00hrs and Friday to Sunday 10:00hrs – 00:00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.rochdale.gov.uk. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Unit, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale OL16 1XU or by email lic.applications@rochdale. gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 09/07/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
