APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Wagamama Ltd is applying to vary a Premises Licence for Wagamama, 6 Christopher Place, St Albans AL3 5DQ to add recorded music, amend the hours for the sale of alcohol to 08:00-00:00, amend late night refreshment to 23:00-00:00, each day and replace the conditions. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
