What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Wagamama Ltd is applying to vary a Premises Licence for Wagamama, 6 Christopher Place, St Albans AL3 5DQ to add recorded music, amend the hours for the sale of alcohol to 08:00-00:00, amend late night refreshment to 23:00-00:00, each day and replace the conditions. Further information concerning the application can be viewed at: www.stalbans.gov.uk Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so by email to licensing@stalbans.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Service, St Albans City & District Council, Civic Centre, St Peter's St, St Albans AL1 3JE. Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice (midnight on 4th July 2024). It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount. Dated: 6th June 2024.
