LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th June 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Blackford Bridge, 530 Manchester Road, Bury Great Manchester BL9 9ST.

The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;-The licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street Bury BL9 0EJ or by email to licensing@bury.gov.uk no later than the 8th July 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Bury Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above offices between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or by going to the licensing register at https://licensing.bury.gov.uk/PAforLalpacLIVE/1/WcaHome.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
