LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that I, Michael David Thompson have applied to North Yorkshire Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Wood Nook Caravan Park, Skirethorns, Threshfield, Skipton, BD23 5NU.

For an increase in the area for licensable activity, and to add on site consumption.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by July 3rd 2024. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
