Section 17, Licensing Act 2003.

Notice Is hereby given by Dr Elizabeth Miles and Dr Glenn Miles that on the 6th June 2024 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence In respect of the premises The Shop, East End, Marloes, Pembrokeshire

The application relates to Sale of Alcohol.

Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to the Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest. SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk.

Representations must be submitted by 4th July 2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.

The above application can be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangement or on the council's website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
