Goring Conservative Club Ltd.
Does hereby give notice that on 28 May 2024 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for an established club known as: Goring Conservative Club 49 Mulberry Lane, Worthing, BN12 4RA. The application is to allow the Licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption ‘On & Off’ the premise & the provision of regulated entertainment to the public. The application seeks to allow Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: 10:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) Monday – Sunday for pre-booked functions and ticketed special events In line with the hours already authorised for provision to members by the venue’s Club Premises Certificate.
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to : The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA Or email: licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk
Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 25 June 2024

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
