Name of Applicant: JOHN PYE & SONS LIMITED
Name and Address of Premises: POTTERY LANE WEST, CHESTERFIELD, S41 9BN has applied to Chesterfield Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises are: Alcohol off sales daily 0000 to 23.59
A copy of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Chesterfield Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield, S40 1LP.
Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make representations to Chesterfield Borough Council must do so no later than 1st July 2024 and such representations must be made in writing and addressed to The Licensing Section, Chesterfield Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield, S40 1LP.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
