NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that we Italia Holdings Ltd have on the 5th of June 2024 applied to Peterborough City Council as the Licensing Authority for a
variation to the existing premises licence for Subxpress. Licensable Activities applied for Sale of Alcohol on and off the premises 08:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday.
Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY
Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing
Authority by 4th of July 2024.
Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, during office
hours, Monday to Friday inclusive.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
