Notice of Application for Grant of a
Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Artelium Limited has
applied to the Arun District Council on 04/06/2024
for the grant of a premises licence under Section 17
of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises
known as Artelium Wine Estate Black Barn Farm,
Madehurst, West Sussex BN18 0NJ. The proposed
licensable activities are The Retail Sale of Alcohol:
Mon. – Sat. 08.00 to 20.00 & Sun. 11.00 to 17.00.
The record of this application is held by the
Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the
website www.arun.gov.uk or inspected at their
offices at Arun Civic Centre, Maltravers Road,
Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 5LF by
appointment.
Any Person wishing to submit representations to
the application must do so in writing to the Licensing
Authority or by email to licensing@arun.gov.uk,
giving in detail the grounds for the objection.
Representations must be received no later than
02/07/2024.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly
make a false statement in connection with a
licensing application. The Maximum Fine on
Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard
Scale) is Unlimited.
