Notice Of Application For Variation Of A Premises Licence Or Club Premises Certificate

Notice is hereby given by Oxring Ltd in respect of premises at Budgens, Abbey Garage, Toddington, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL54 5DT

The applicant proposes to vary the premises licence to authorise the following: Changes to the existing premises plan to reflect a change in layout and size of the convenience store due to a store refit and extension.

Licensed opening hours amended to 06:00 - 23:00 to reflect existing sale of alcohol hours (the premises current operational hours remain 06:30 - 21:00).

All other activities and hours authorised by the licence are to remain unchanged.

Any responsible authority or other person who wishes to make representations in relation to the application must make them in writing to, Licensing Team, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT, where the licensing register and application record may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours.

Representations in relation to the application from responsible authorities or other persons must be made no later than 4th July 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
