What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association to the Licensing Authority of BCP Council (Bournemouth) for a Premises Licence for IP Morgan, 1 Chaseside, Bournemouth, BH7 7DA to permit 1. The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premised between 10 am - 11 pm daily, and 2. The playing of recorded music indoors, between 10 am - 11pm daily.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at BCP Council (Bournemouth), Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH2 6EA. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 1st July 2024 (www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk).

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited. Dated this: 3rd June 2024
