Within 28 days of the date of this notice specifying the grounds of your representation.
Should any representations be received, members of the Licensing Committee will determine the application.
Any person who has made representation will be invited to attend the hearing, although all valid representations will be read and taken into consideration in the determination process. The Council are required to copy all representations received in full (name, addresses & contact details) to the applicant.
