Market Street - New Premises Licence Application

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17) 

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Telford & Wrekin Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former Wilko), Market Street, Wellington, Telford TF1 1DT to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week. 

The Licensing Register containing a record of the application can be viewed at Telford & Wrekin Council, Darby House, Telford TF3 4JA Email: licensing@telford.gov.uk. Any representation by a Responsible Authority or any other person must be made in writing to the address shown above by 3 July 2024. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine that is unlimited.
