Description of proposed application:- Sale of alcohol Mon-Sun 8am-6pm

Any representations must be made to: Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council, Licensing Department, Castle House, Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL Or by email to licensing@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk

The representations must fall within one or more of the Council’s Licensing Objectives being Public Safety, Protection of Children from Harm, Prevention of Crime and Disorder, and Prevention of Public Nuisance.

Representations must be made in writing on or before:- 26/06/2024 and must state the grounds upon which the representation is made in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

A person commits an offence if they knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with this application and may incur a fine.
