Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for Variation of Premises Licence
Thurrock Garden Centre Limited is applying for a variation of the premises license for Thurrock Garden Centre, South Road, South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 6DU.
The application is for:
The provision of retail sale of alcohol from the garden centre shop Monday - Saturday 09.00 - 17.30 and Sunday 10.30 - 16.30, for consumption off the premises.
Adjustment to the outdoor licensed seating area of Woody's Restaurant.
Anyone wishing to make a representation in relation to this variation application must do so in writing, including their name and address, to The Licensing Department, Civic Offices, Thurrock Council, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL, or emailing: licensing@thurrock.gov.uk
Representations must be received within 28 days of the date of this notice. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 1587 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Any person doing so may be liable to a fine on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£unlimited).
