LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises 73 Blackfriars Road, Salford M3 7DB

Notice is given that Connis Pizzeria has applied to The City of Salford for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

The licence if granted is to enable the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises.

The Licensable activities are:

Supply of Alcohol Monday - Sunday 13:00 pm - 21.30pm

Anyone who wishes to make representations regrading this application must given notice in writing to : The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Service, Civic Centre, Chorley Rd, Salford M27 5AW

Representation must be received no later than 27/06/2024

The application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
