What is proposed?
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that Berries Wrenbury Limited have applied on 23rd May 2024 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Wrenbury Pavillion, Nantwich Road, Wrenbury, Nantwich, CW5 8EW for a Premises Licence to provide the following licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol (for consumption on the premises) Monday to Wednesday 08:30-18:00 hours, Thursday to Saturday 08:30 21:00 hours; and Sunday 08:30 16:00 hours. Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 20th June 2024

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
