What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Big Mamma Holdings Ltd has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Big Mamma, 2 Chamberlain Square, Birmingham, B3 3AX.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
Provision of Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 00:00 Mondays to Sundays.
The Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) from 10:00 until 00:00 Mondays to Sundays.
Opening Hours from 10:00 until 00:30 Mondays to Sundays. New Years Eve – from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day until 02:00 for Late night refreshment and alcohol and until 02:30 for opening. Please see application for full details.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, P.O Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ or by e-mail licensing@birmingham.gov.uk no later than 5th July 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Birmingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.birmingham.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
