What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust has applied for a premises licence in relation to "OLD ICE RINK", Queen's Hospital, Rom Valley Way, Romford, RM7 0AG to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance & Supply of Alcohol The register of the licensing authority is kept at the address below. Full details of the application can be inspected at this address during normal business hours.

A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority Town Hall Main Road Romford RM1 3BD website www.havering.gov.uk. Such representation must be received in writing by 26th June 2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
