What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: STACK Part Unit LSU4, Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, Wigan WN1 1BH. Notice is given that STACK (Wigan) Limited applied to Wigan Council on 5th June 2024 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:- Plays, films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything similar to music and dance and supply of alcohol (on/off sales):- Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 01:00 hrs and Friday to Saturday from 10:00 to 03:00 hrs. Late night refreshment:- Sunday to Thursday from 23:00 to 01:00 hrs and Friday to Saturday from 23:00 to 03:00 hrs. Seasonal variations apply as set out in the application.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council’s website www.wigan.gov.uk  Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 3rd July 2024. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
