Application For A New Premises License Under The Licensing Act 2003

3H Leasehold Ltd Is applying for the New Grant of a Premises License at: J & H  Coffee. 136 Bromsgrove St, Southside, Birmingham, B5 6RG.

If granted the License will allow: Supply of Alcohol On & Off Premises. Monday to Sunday from 10:00hrs to 23.00hrs. Any person wishing to view the application can do so by appointment with the Licensing Section.

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e., by midnight on Friday 5th July 2024.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
