What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR a VARIATION of PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that an application for a variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Angela Long to Canterbury City Council in respect of premises known as Loft Bar, 5-6 St Margaret’s Street, Canterbury CT1 2TP in respect of Premises Licence no: KE-PR-1084.

The licensable activities, which it is proposed to vary is to extend the hours of licensable activities.

A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing
Team, Canterbury City Council, Military Road, Canterbury. CT1 1YW, during normal office hours.

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council at the above address by midnight 04/07/24.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5
(unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with the application.
