LICENCING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that Janine Sharpe has applied to Erewash Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: LAPIS LOUNGE - 26 Station Road, Sandiacre, Derbyshire, NG10 5BG If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of Alcohol and Live Music Monday to Sunday - 09.00 hours to 22.00 hours Full details of application can be viewed at Erewash Borough Council, Civic Centre, Derby Road, Long Eaton, Derbyshire NG10 1HU during office hours (www.erewash.gov.uk)

Any person who wishes to make any representations regarding this application should submit their comments in writing to the above address, no later than 1 July 2024.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
