PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Gai Zaap Limited has made an application under Section 34 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the variation of a Premises Licence for 93-95 Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham NG1 6LA. Licensable activities: Alcohol Sales for consumption on and off the premises 08:00 to 23:00 7 days per week. Changes to the layout of the premises and removal of conditions regarding display and delivery of alcohol. The licensing register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the licensing authority at Commercial & Operations, Licensing, Central Police Station, Byron House, Maid Marian Way, Nottingham NG1 6HS between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.

Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations in writing to the licensing authority until Tuesday 2 July 2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
