Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
We Santorini Restaurant and Takeaway Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on the 30th May 2024 for a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Santorini Restaurant and Takeaway, 56 Sheffield Road Barnsley S70 1HS from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on & off the premises From 12:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday. Regulated Entertainment by way of Recorded Music from 23:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday, Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Section Regulatory Services PO Box 634 Barnsley S70 9FB.or online at www.barnsley.gov. uk. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 27/06/2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine. 30/05/2024
