LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises Former Sainsburys Local, Lane Head, Main Road, Ryton, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, NE40 3NA
Notice is given that One Stop Stores Limited has applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: Sale by Retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 06:00-23:00
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH Representations must be received no later than 28/06/2024.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
