What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

The Mitre Hotel and Leisure Limited have applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for The Mitre Hotel, 1-3 Cathedral Gates, Manchester M3 1SW as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 09:00 and 03:00 daily. To permit the provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 11:00 and 01:30 daily. To permit the provision of films and opening hours to be 24/7. To permit the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00 daily. The premises benefited from a licence previously which has recently lapsed.

Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@ manchester.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 1 July 2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
