What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that True Padel Sunderland Ltd has
applied to Sunderland City Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises True Padel, Unit
1, Wessington Way, Sunderland, SR5 3NU.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. Supply of alcohol on the premises from 1000 to 2300
Monday to Sunday.
2. Opening hours from 0600 to 2300 Monday to Sunday.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible
authority regarding the above-mentioned application
must be received in writing by the Sunderland City
Council, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA -
licensing@sunderland.gov.uk no later than 1st July 2024
stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Sunderland City Council and the record of
the application may be inspected at the address of the
council, given above, by appointment during the hours
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
