What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Dougall Off Licence Limited
has applied to Warwick District Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as
Nisa, 36 The Parade, Leamington Spa, CV32 4DN. The
proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The retail
sale of alcohol, from 05:00 until 02:00 Mondays to
Sundays. Opening hours, 24 hours Mondays to Sundays.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing to Warwick District
Council, Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Royal
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 5HZ or by email to
Licensing licensing@warwickdc.gov.uk no later than 25th
June 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The
register of Warwick District Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council’s website - www.warwickdc.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
