APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by SNACC Ltd to Lincoln City Council in respect of premises known as SNACC, 33 Newland, Lincoln. LN1 1XP Premises Licence number: 32UD/B/3539. The variation is to seek: To add the supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises and to add conditions.

The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln. LN1 1DB, during normal office hours. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Lincoln City Council at the above address by midnight 01/07/24.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
