What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Kingpins Bowl Chelmsford Limited has applied to Chelmsford City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises High Chelmer Shopping Centre, 5 Market Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1XA to be known as Kingpins.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. The sale of alcohol, recorded music, indoor sporting events and opening hours from 0900 to 0200 Monday to Saturday and 0900 to 0100 on Sundays.
2. The provision of Late Night Refreshment from 2300 to 0200 Monday to Saturday and 2300 to 0100 on Sundays.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by writing, addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1 JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk no later than 26th June 2024 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Chelmsford City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website –www.chelmsford.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
