What is proposed?

TAKE NOTICE that AYNA ESSEX LTD has applied to Chelmsford City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Chelmsford District for a new Premises Licence in respect of Mosaic Restaurant situate at 122 Springfield Road, Chelmsford, CM2 6LF to permit the licensable activities to take place on the occasions and times as set out below: Sale and supply of alcohol on and off the premises between 11am and midnight Mondays to Saturdays; and between midday and 11:30pm on Sundays

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this, in writing, to Chelmsford City Council, Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE or deliver this personally to the Council Offices at Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE where the Public Register is available and may be viewed during normal office hours.

Any such representation must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 2 July 2024.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence
