NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES: Lyndene Hotel, 303-315 The Promenade,
Blackpool, FY1 6AN. Notice is given that Fragrance UK
Hotel Management Ltd has applied to Blackpool Council
to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed variations are to:- Approve amended plans of
the hotel showing all floors, including basement restaurant
and external terrace area; Vary times for sale of alcohol and
provision of regulated entertainment (music and dance) and
inclusion of plays and films from 10.00 until 02.00 daily
(no restriction New Year’s Eve and no restriction on sales
to residents); Include late night refreshment (hot food / hot
drink) from 23.00 to 02.00 (no restriction New Year’s Eve);
and Remove and amend conditions detailed in the
application. Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must write to the Licensing
Officer Blackpool Council Municipal buildings,
Corporation Street, Blackpool, FY1 1NF. Representations
must be received by 27 June 2024. The register of Licensing
Applications can be inspected by appointment or at
www.blackpool.gov.uk.
It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with this
application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
