Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Adil Catering Limited has
applied to Milton Keynes City Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as MK
Stadium - Quick Service Restaurant, Saxon Street, Saxon
Gate, Milton Keynes, MK1 1ET. The proposed licensable
activities and their hours are the provision for Late Night
Refreshment on & off the premises Monday to Sunday
23:00 to 05:00 the following morning. The opening hours
of the premises will be 00:00 to 00:00 (24 hours). Any
representations by an interested party or responsible
authority regarding the above-mentioned application
must be received in writing by the Licensing Team,
Milton Keynes City Council, Civic, 1 Saxon Gate
East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ, or by email to
licensing@milton-keynes.gov.uk no later than 27 June 2024
stating the grounds for objection. The Internet

The Licensing Register can normally be accessed Mondays
to Thursdays between the hours of 9am and 5pm, and
Fridays 9am - 4pm (excluding bank holidays).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
