NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF
PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to
Northampton Borough Council on 23rd May 2024 to
vary the premises licence at Homesense, Unit 6B,
St James Retail Park, Northampton, NN1 1EE so as
to amend the sale of alcohol and opening hours on
a Sunday to start at 10:30am (currently 11am) and
add non-standard timings of 08:00 to 22:00 for the
period 1 November to 31 December, as more
particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in
relation to this application must give notice in
writing to: Licensing Department, Northampton
Borough Council, The Guildhall, St Giles Square,
Northampton, NN1 1DE to be received by no later
than 20th June 2024 stating the grounds for making
said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be
inspected on the Council’s website www.
westnorthants.gov.uk or by appointment at the
Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with an application for
a premises licence and the maximum fine on being
convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
